About us

A home takes shape through considered decisions.

MONERO DOO is based in Ruma, Serbia, with a business focus on residential building construction and the activities involved in bringing a housing project into physical form.

A residential project is more than a collection of individual tasks. Foundations, structural elements, the building envelope and interior works all have a place in a wider sequence. Understanding how these stages connect helps establish a useful starting point for discussions about the scope of construction.

Our approach begins with the intended building and the information available: project drawings, site context, the desired level of completion and the decisions still to be made. A clearly described scope helps give the construction conversation a practical direction.

We place emphasis on the relationship between design intent and site activity. Materials, access, the order of works and the interfaces between different trades need to be considered together, so each stage can be understood in relation to what comes before and after it.

The same perspective applies to communication. When a project changes, the affected works, quantities and dependencies should be discussed clearly. Keeping these details visible helps participants understand the implications before a revised scope is agreed.

Whether an enquiry concerns a new residential building, its structural shell or a defined completion stage, the starting point is a shared understanding of the project. Contact us to discuss the plans, the current stage and the construction work you have in mind.

Building services

Three stages.
One residential focus.

The scope of works is discussed against the project information and the level of completion required.

01

New residential building works

Discuss the construction of a new home or residential building around its planned design and site requirements. The initial scope brings together the main building stages, the work packages involved and the information needed before execution is agreed.

  • Project drawings and proposed construction scope
  • Site access and work-stage dependencies
  • Materials and key specification decisions
02

Structural shell construction

Focus the enquiry on the building's structural stage: foundations, the structural frame or load-bearing walls, floor structures and roof construction, as defined by the project. Interfaces with later building works are considered when discussing the scope.

  • Defined structural work packages
  • Connections between successive building stages
  • Preparation for envelope and subsequent works
03

Residential completion coordination

Prepare a defined completion scope for a building already under construction. Review the current stage, the remaining works and the sequence between envelope, installation and finishing activities to establish what needs to be discussed and agreed next.

  • Review of the existing completion stage
  • Remaining works and trade interfaces
  • Finishing requirements and handover preparation

Project approach

Build the conversation before the next stage.

A useful project discussion connects the intended result to the information, decisions and work sequence behind it.

  1. 01

    Understand the project

Describe the property, the current project stage and the construction outcome you are seeking.

  2. 02

    Define the work scope

Review available plans and identify the proposed works, exclusions and unresolved details.

  3. 03

    Consider the sequence

Discuss how access, materials and the interfaces between stages affect the work plan.

  4. 04

    Agree the next step

Clarify the information and decisions required before the proposed construction stage can proceed.

Our advantages

Attention to the connections that matter.

A residential perspective

Project discussions stay centred on the practical requirements of homes and residential buildings.

Scope before assumptions

Proposed works and open questions are identified before the next construction stage is agreed.

Stages considered together

Structural, envelope and completion works are discussed with their interfaces and sequence in view.

Clear project communication

Changes and remaining decisions are kept visible so the conversation stays connected to the actual project.

Frequently asked questions

Before we discuss your build.

What should I include in an initial enquiry?

Share the project location, the type of residential building and its current stage. If available, mention the drawings, the proposed work scope and the level of completion you are seeking.

Can an enquiry cover only the structural stage?

Yes. You can describe a specific stage rather than the whole project. The proposed work packages and their interfaces with other stages need to be clarified before a scope is agreed.

What if the building is already partly complete?

Describe the existing works and the remaining construction requirements. Available drawings and a clear account of the current stage provide a starting point for discussing a completion scope.

Can you quote a project from a brief description?

A brief description starts the conversation. A meaningful project proposal requires sufficient information about the scope, site context, specifications and relevant drawings.
